The latest addition to our family of furnaces and machinery for the gold industry, this industrial electric furnace is easy to use and offers low operating costs. It is ideal for incinerating small quantities of processing waste such as work clothing, rags, filters, paper scraps, ropes, etc.
The burning chamber is made of 310S steel.
The colors are black and orange, the traditional colors of the annealing and hardening furnaces we manufacture.
The external dimensions are 127 x 126 x 183 cm, while the internal burning chamber measures 52 x 77 x 52 cm. The furnace weighs 596 kg.
Just put the material in, close the furnace, and turn it on, selecting manual or automatic mode using the Proface programmer. Combustion can be observed and monitored through a special viewing window attached to the door. Through circular openings at the bottom of the chamber, the ash falls into an easily removable collecting-drawer.
With a power of 10 kW, it reaches a maximum operating temperature of 700-800°C in 3 hours (manual mode) or 4-5 hours (automatic mode).
