Product description
The plaster washing cabinet is an essential machine for cleaning cylinders and shafts.
It consists of a washing cabinet on a metal frame, made of polypropylene (PP) and 304 stainless steel, which is accessed internally using two sturdy gloves. At the base of the plastic “box” is a metal mesh sieve that collects any loose pieces and, underneath, a bag to collect all the plaster.
Beneath the cabinet is a removable settling tank, also made of 304 stainless steel, equipped with a low-pressure booster pump float for drainage, and an overflow valve to prevent overflows. It can be connected to other tanks to create a closed circuit. It is equipped with a pressure washer for washing plaster and trees.
To the left of the cabinet is a metal cooling tank with a high-pressure pump housed underneath.
The cabinet can be equipped with a thermostatically heated 316L steel tank for acid bleaching. Next to this are three additional tanks for rinsing the acid.
Here are the basic model dimensions, but the entire system can be customized to meet the customer’s needs.
